Some students may attend:

Do you accept Step Up for Students payments?

We are currently in the process of setting up Step Up for Students payments.
Updates will be shared with families as soon as this option becomes available.

Until then, families may enroll using standard monthly payment options.

What is your cancellation policy?

Families are asked to provide at least 24 hours’ notice if a tutoring session needs to be canceled or rescheduled.

To support consistent instruction and equitable scheduling for all families:
 • Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a make-up session.
 • No-shows are not eligible for make-up sessions.
 • Each family is permitted one excused reschedule per month when advance notice is provided.

These guidelines help ensure consistent learning time for students and allow MW Academic Support to serve families fairly and effectively.

MW Academic Support follows all Step Up for Students program guidelines regarding attendance, scheduling, and service delivery.

What days and times are tutoring sessions offered?

Tutoring sessions are available Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 6:30 PM. Weekend sessions are not offered at this time.

What is required for Pre-K students?
